With TV, cordless microphones, and computers, I think it may be a lost art. Imagine standing on stage without electronic and pulling it off. I think they might have had some talent. Imagine your voice filling a Broadway theater in a musical with out one microphone. Oh yeah, every night.
No sound boards, no takes, no cuts.Takes 3-6 months to shoot a movie over and over. Broadway does it every night live. TV ain’t got a chance. Unless you like Millie Vanilie. Lip synching a talent.
