The last day or so I’ve seen an ad for Panera where a father holding a baby face down is using the kid’s diapered behind for a plate for his sandwich. .Really? Who thinks this could be good advertising?
When I was a kid ( back in the Civil War days ), my mom would put laundered, wet, rolled up, shirts in the icebox. She claimed it kept them fresh until she could iron them.
It was always a bit of a surprise to see dad’s Arrow shirt keeping the lettuce.company.
my brother once got a lot of gum from bubble gum ice cream stuck in his hair. unfortunately we couldn’t put my brother or just his head in the freezer. nor could we throw him away. my mom applied ice and comb and brush accompanied by much wailing on the part of my brother. it was an occasion to remember

Should’ve gone with peanut butter to help get the gum off. Then launder the pants to get the PB off.

There are a number of good products for removing gum.And they all beat putting your dirty laundry in the freezer next to the fudge sickles.

Not much would keep and my ice cream bar apart. A pair of underwear isn’t worth all that trouble – throw it away. I’m lazy.

A friend of mine would keep frozen rodents in her freezer to feed her son’s pet snake.
