So THAT’S what happens when I ask for the manager!
I have always thought that is what happens, this is why you can’t resolve your issues when you call about them. And why no one will ever return calls.
As someone who used to work the phones…you have NO idea ;-)
It’s starting to sound to me like if you have a serious issue that you can’t get resolved via normal channels, you’ll have to send them a letter with some lawyer’s letterhead.maybe even tell the lawyer about it …
