I do snack on plain Cheerios mixed about 3 to 2 with a sweetened variety… like Honey Nut or Chocolate ones, which are way too sweet on their own.
Except they’re usually store brand knock-offs, and i eat them dry, as a cookie substitute, not in a bowl with milk.You have a good memory.
Sourdough English muffin, toasted, with peanut butter, quality deli-turkey, and cream cheese> yum!

Pepsi & peanut butter cups.
Protein bar & banana.
Breakfast is usually a whole grain bagel with a schmear of peanut butter, a drizzle of honey and a lot of cinnamon. I would much rather have GROG!’s breakfast – I used to eat like that.
