Bluffed out of naughtiness. And Calvin at six is gullible enough not to want to challenge fate, or, more specifically, the Red Giver Of Toys!

Is it naughtier to throw the snowball, or to rat out Calvin to Santa?

At this time of year, you shouldn’t have thought of it at all.

Santa would know all about Calvin throwing the snowball, anyway, on account of seeing Calvin while he’s sleeping and knowing when he’s awake (and up to typical Calvin behavior!)

here in SoCal, we have to go to the snow, which my parents never would do. At 16, I went up with a friend who had a car, we had a ball that day. The bumper to bumper traffic going down the hill was awful. I saw a man turn around and start swinging at the young ones in the back seat. The BEST!!!! snowball ever, got him in the back of his neck, all down his shirt.

    He really had it coming.

Doesn’t Santa know who is good and bad without people telling him?

Hmm, gee, I wonder how many extra presents it’s worth not to throw that snowball! (LOL!)

Very seldom does it snow here in San Francisco. It just doesn’t get that cold here; let alone stay cold! Nope, it generally stays pretty green throughout the year. But deciduous trees here still go through their annual cycles, regardless of the climate.

… I have a theory. “Santa” knows exactly what Calvin has been and will be up to, forevermore, because … Bill Watterson IS Santa Claus! (That WOULD explain why there’s been so few sightings.) Mr. Watterson, please bring me a seahorse for Christmas. I’ve been a good little mermaid this year … promise.
