Garfield needs a smaller collar.

I have actually heard a cat my parents had do this, without a mike, and I was asleep at the other end of the house, downstairs. Woke everyone up. Seems the other house cat had cornered it in the bathroom, and it wanted out.

With all that Garfield eats, it would be funny to see him regurgitate on the dog after barking.

Uh, dog, that was just the warm-up. When you hear Garfield sing you’ll be rolling on the ground like a Human during his first exposure to Klingon opera.

hey, I thought he was scary

when a cat gets defensive his lower lip quivers and he has a low growl.

Odd how even the word “Meow” doesn’t seem like it’d be as scary or threatening as “Bark”…no matter how loud!

I believe Garfield has a special guard cat claws in his contract.

Have you ever heard a really PO’d cat? “Meow” isn’t it – what comes out reminds you that they really are related to mountain lions. Even if it comes out of a cute little furball, you instinctively back away.

I recall from a National Geographic special on cats that “me-ow” is a combination of two calls that cats use on each other, “I’m glad to see you” and “keep your distance”. Allegedly, they only use “me-ow” on humans.

“Me-ow”, not surprisingly, is not a threatening sound. A low growl like a mountain lion about to tear your throat out, most definitely is.

Siamese cat is the worst than other kind of breed cats. Siamese cat can scream very loudly!

My cat screeches VERY loudly when she sees another cat on our property…I’m thinking it would scare any dog away LOL

Several years back, a man tried to give his cat a bath in the kitchen sink. The Sheriff said there was more blood than he ever saw at a murder scene.

Harmgb, just did. Burn this bozo every time I see him, but he keeps coming back, just like a cockroach.

Garfield needs to eat a little more everyday to be able to have that collar snugly fit around his neck.
