@AaronI haven’t been commenting at all lately but i thought i should drop in and say that I’m still enjoying your work.Endtown is still in my top five.

I’d bet that raised eyebrow in the fourth panel indicates otherwise, Wally. Even though she hasn’t the slightest clue as to where she’d go, one place Holly ISN’T going (at least willingly) is back to Endtown. Well-drawn, Aaron.

Oh no, if that eyebrow gets any higher, it’s going to become an independent creature that can yodel.

We shall see what happens Friday, folks.

Anyone who has been in a serious relationship knows the moment when he so completely pisses off the partner that it’s almost impossible to take it back. Congratulations Wally.

Hmmm? A Vulcan mouse? Having been on the receiving end of that look, I have no doubt the cat is in serious trouble! RUN Wally! Run like the wind!

It will be interesting to see what Holly has in mind, if she has anything in particular in mind at this point. Running off doesn’t seem like a good idea — she’d just burn off her physical reserves and without food or water…

Never tell a mouse that’s backed into a corner “you don’t have a choice”. Actually, never confront a mouse that’s backed into a corner. Neither of you are going to walk away from the confrontation as happy campers.

Uh oh. Sh!* just got real.

Is Aaron AWESOME or WHAT!?!?!? OMG – love the look on Holly’s face. That says it ALL! (and I have my part and pre-ordered the book) :o) It will be hard to wait – for the book or Friday!

I’m really starting to dislike Holly.

She’s got this look of “I’m the only one in this relationship who makes ultimatums.”

The little mouse has gone squirrely.

That look says more things than Aaron can fit in a thousand inked panels.I have gotten that look.It is a look I’d rather avoid.This will be a battle of… Well, wills.That is the patented “You wanna bet?” look, mastered and honed by countless generations of the fairer sex.Good luck Wally, you’re gonna need it!If I had a choice of dealing with that look or a thousand MUTTS.. I’ll take my chances with the MUTTS!

This just begs the question… how much of this is actually Holly and how much is the I that took over Jim. Has our favorite mouse actually lost her mind? Panel 4 says, “Oh hell NO!”

I’ve been reading this strip for years, and have bought all the books. I can say with no doubt that panel 4 is my favourite panel ever. Love that look on Holly’s face!

That’s a “You and what army?” look. She’s calling his bluff, but he’s not bluffing. He has an army of millions and the will to use it. But he should have the wisdom not to use it. We were all worried about I getting control of Holly, but it may be that with the power Wally has now, he’s the one we should be worried about I controlling. Wally’s an irresistible force now, and Holly’s an immovable object. If he doesn’t compromise with her and she doesn’t budge, then he will destroy her, and destroy himself in the process. The I in his dream may not have been Jim’s demon, but his own self.

Mr. Aaron Neathery… I wish to award you the Dragoncat Award for Best ILCK (If Looks Could Kill).…What else can I say? Panel Four is absolutely PRICELESS!!!…Can anyone else see that printed on a T-shirt?

I think what Wally may be overlooking is that they can’t just go back to Endtown. Endtown must take action to allow them back in. Given the nature of their departure, I think the chances of that happening lie somewhere between “Nuh uh” and “HELL NO!” ;-)

Well REALLY. As hard as the outside has been on her, Endtown turned into HELL for her! She’d have to be daft to be willing to go back.
