Following DOC TOON’S explicit instructions, I have been starting by filling the coffee filter to overflowing before adding nonessential ingredients like water.. Because of his insightful tutoring, I have lost only 5 pots in the last half year, and only needed a putty knife and solvents to remove one.
soon, the often promised but never delivered pipeline will flow and unlimited NUCLEAR COFFEE be dispensed from my kitchen.
Doctor Toon and I are still trying to figure out how to dispose of the mess made when some madman simply mixed Nuclear Coffee with Starbright’s Divine CocoMocha, instead of substituting Doc’s Coffee for the Thundering Steppes Coffee in the CocoMocha from scratch.
My esteemed supplier, transcendent being that he is, says he’ll come over eventually to deal with the mess, but meanwhile he’s teaching us Humans in this Realm an object lesson: magic and technology indistinguishable from magic just don’t mix.
Trying to make the coffee by just dumping the grounds in the cup, seems like its skipping a step.
Unless it were instant coffee.
I worked with a guy who made his coffee the “nuclear” way and then added instant coffee to it, just to be safe, I guess.
Odd thing is, his name was Joe.
Must be something about that name… ;)
I can give you a hint, Joe.
When you explain the obvious, you seem like a self-important know-it-all, and the rest of us won’t “figure it out.”
Just a direct, and hopefully listened to, piece of advice.

Apparently what some people say, is annoying to others.
Those that persist at doing the same annoying things on a regular basis will eventually have it pointed out to them, by those being annoyed.
Thus, those being annoyed are just trying to help the annoying person to be less so and become a better person.
