@Josh 1360: The line I refer to comes from when the Dr. and Igor (or Eyegor) dig up the body, and Gene Wilder’s character says what a filthy, disgusting job it is. Marty Feldman’s character says, “Could be worse.” Gene Wilder asks how, and Marty Feldman says, “Could be raining.” It immediately starts to rain and thunder. Igor blinks his eyes and looks satisfied.
