Maybe Skeezix can take the scrap book to the school and show the class and tell the class all about his experiences. I’m sure they will have many questions.
Yes, Skeezix should visit the class, they would love it! I recently retired as a teacher’s aide. One year I worked with a fifth and sixth grade reading group. We read Number the Stars, an excellent book by Lois Lowry, set in Denmark during WWll. We went very in depth and the kids even ended up putting on a play! We invited a WWll veteran to visit . He had been a pilot and had some wonderful stories and the kids had some wonderful questions. It was great!

Perhaps Boog just needs to slow down a bit so that Grandpa can understand what he is asking. I’m sure that Skeezix’s answer will be, “Yes”.

Would anyone be able to tell me the year that Chip entered the Coast Guard?

Poor Boog – he is so stressed out by school projects that he’s got grey hair already.
