My understanding was decimalated.Fractions are like subatomic particles.You can always find smaller ones if you use enough force.

Imagine you have a pie. And you cut the pie into smaller and smaller slices. And then you put all the pieces into a bank account to generate interest. How many pies will you have to declare to the IRS annually for the next 10 years, remembering to factor in the government’s pie subsidy program’s quarterly hand outs?
