We used to feed our 2 old shelties side by side.
They were like the odd couple.
One was neat and persnickety. He ate very slowly.
The other was a slob who gobbled his food.
When the gobbler finished first, he would turn and run barking to the front door.
The other dog would follow, barking too, even though no one was there.
As soon as the second dog got to the door, the first would double back and inhale the other dog’s food.
