I do remember eating out when I was a kid and the salad was served in a tiny bowl, there was one scoop of mashed potatoes and one 4 to 6 ounce serving of meat. and you wonder why so many people are fat? Look at old crowd pictures, people (for the most part) were’nt fat back in the 40s and even 50s. Why does the salad that comes before dinner have to be big enough to serve 4 people?
