He shouldn’t do that too often. Corporate will figure out that his sick days correlate to the days when the storage lot is most productive, has fewer unexplained fires, fewer complaints and half the office coffee supply doesn’t vanish.
Back in the day, when I thought I was too sick to go to school and fake a fever, my wise old Ma would declare that I might need an enema. I felt better reeeaaaal fast.

Put it back in your mouth when it says 105°, and watch it for another 5 minutes.
I mean… surely that’s long enough for it to drop back down to 98.6°, right?
So if it still says 101°. you may as well call in sick…. right?
