I work pt and dept I work at no moving up so I’m planning to take Jr. College tried for Fed money help but not poor enough. The most demanding type of job is medical but I’m not a nurse or medical assistant. I plan on Medical Encoding and Billing. Though I’ve heard transcription is big to but I don’t know how many Dr.’s use transcriptions I’ve seen specialist dictate. Then to understand what foreigners Dr.s are saying. Where my family Dr. practice’s no need for medical records uses laptop and he types in medical diagnosis. One thing that will be used is spell check.
