They said it was likely because they had eliminated trans fats after the FDA ban. That’s okay, but all fats are not directly interchangeable in recipes with altering amounts. The solids profiles and its crystalline structure differ. They sent me coupons for their products, which I will use for their ice cream bars.
They were right to change. Monosaturated fats are vastly more healthy, but you have to adjust recipes with care.

They tasted so bad Burl will have second bag. Followed by a sudden bowel movement. At least they are outside where everything can be hosed off .
