I had a storage unit at a major storage company. I needed to get in a few days after a snow. Nope, you’ll just have to wait I was told. Can’t plow, no place to put the snow.
Since when did Burl own the storage company? He has a boss, and it seems to be part of a chain of storage companies.
I just googled Julie Larson. I didn’t realize that she died last year. She was 62. That’s how old I am now.

Sounds here like the Oaf owns the business. I’d always thought he worked for one outlet of a corporate chain as the manager.
