My dad was eating a sub in his office one day, his Great Dane barked like someone was at the front door so dad got up to check. As soon as dad got out of his chair the dog waited for dad to leave the room and ate the sub and then followed dad to the door. When dad got back to his lunch it took him a minute to realize what had happened. Dad figured if the dog was smart enough to outsmart him he deserved the sub.

Reminds me of NCIS when the teammembers will make a comment about Gibbs (the head agent) and suddenly realize that he’s standing behind them.
