I just try to remember that “stressed”, backwards, is “desserts.”
I figure, if you eat your meals backwards…. starting with plenty of desserts….you will eliminate stress. If that makes no sense to you…welll….just keep it to yourself, please.
We finished our shopping on the 12th, I had my mild heart attack on the night of the 13th, had 2 stents placed on the afternoon of the 14th, and got home on the 15th, in time to put out the trash. Now, I can coast into Christmas. We are going to the Star Wars movie on Christmas day.
@Carl I’m happy to hear you are feeling better. I hope you enjoy your Christmas with family, friends and the rebel force..@Neverenoughgold I’m sorry to hear of you family’s loss. It definately makes the season harder. It also helps us hold those who are close to us closer.

Self induced stress. Christmas is like duck hunting, it feels so good when it is over.

Stressed?
Not normally, but considering the recent loss in our family, there is a bit more stress than normal…
