Yep, no tinsel down here either. Speaking of which, we got in the car after shopping, pouring rain, and the inside of the car smelled like……well that stuff you have to tinsel up! No idea where the smell came from, but it was strong.

@poppetbearPaul was out in Vancouver and Victoria years ago, when it was still safe to hitchhike; he and his youngest brother did the trip. We hope one day to have enough money to take the train out there so I can see the Rockies and the Pacific.

Loved all of the singing kitties but the one that made me LOL was the 3 black and white babies horking under the tree.

I save all of the cute / pics in my LOL cats folder. Susan just loves grumpy cat but doesn’t have internet access. On Wed I printed out all of the grumpies that you all have posted since I came to TC and gave it to her as a little booklet. She loved it.

In response to Feat-toMeter rado: I always loved the “Pogo” strip, even though no new comics were being created by the time I first started reading it.

Route Nine….you need a nice knitted cap with tassel. Will ask my daughter to knit one (with matching mittens) and rush it to you toute suite! Oh….please don’t thank me…it’s the least I can do. LOL

@Queen: Yes….I hope all your little fosters will find forever loving homes today. It finally turned nippy here but we expect it to reach 67 on Christmas Day. Maybe we’ll go for a nice drive if traffic is light.

Love all the Catmas catrols! I’ve been singing them out loud to Chris, bless his cotton socks!

Some great news – Smudge got adopted today!! A couple ha been in 2 to see him and came back this afternoon and took him home.

Romeo, a 10 month old black kitty, also got adopted. A young family made their THIRD trip in today to play with him and on the 4th trip took him home.

That leaves one pale calico down there. There is a tabby at the shelter but Susan sent a grandfather and the teenage grand daughter out to see him. I don’t know if they actually made it out to the shelter or not. Susan will call me later when she gets home to tell me.

Casper is ever hopeful Brad will flip the switch for the fire. He and Scooter will just sit there looking from the glass to Brad over and over until Brad gives in.

We had some snow on the Pine Valley Mtns. This was taken heading west out of Hurricane on SR 9.

MCTS don’t know if you know it or not, but you just enlarged my avatar as did x_Tech the other day. I am glad, I think he/she is SO ADORABLE! That’s why I picked it so long ago. :-)

I tried to get Scooter to smile or open his eyes but he would do neither.

That was at the end of town where there isn’t much – a broken down bowling alley on the right is about all. The white thing in the middle on the right is a big water treatment place by the reservoir.
