On the news last night. A woman was highly upset by the bad service at a eatery. The manager explained that a man was having a heart attack. She went online to complain and said she’d never go back there. The manager countered that he was glad as he didn’t need such cold hearted customers.

One thing about Shoes’ Customer Service skills – you get plenty of service and the lip to go with it !

Reminds me of dealing with Comcast, they tout their customer service but don’t believe it ! First, they put in ‘kiosks’ to accept payment while they have a minimum of three people sitting on their ‘duffs’ behind a counter but can’t accept account payments then they move their local office six miles away in ‘order to give better service’ Explain how that is better service ????

Why it is better to deal with small businesses; especially one where when you call a machine doesn’t answer…

I’ve always liked the word “minions”. (Though I can relate to this one a little too well …)
