Another reason—Skylar isn’t going to make it out of 5th grade unless the school system has a ‘none left behind’ policy. That doesn’t work—have a nephew that went under that program—left school at 16 and is now in his thirties w/o a h s diploma or GED—he is useless ! ! ! !
