When I needed my drain cleaned, my washing machine fixed, and my treadmill repaired, I scheduled the appointments on their web sites, not talking to anyone until they showed up. I hate talking on the phone. I worked 32 years for the phone company, much of the time, alone, so I had to answer the phone.
