Gladys: I didn't make it today or yesterday, silly. I'm still serving from the brisket I made two days ago. And if we don't finish it, I'll serve it again tomorrow!

Actually, leftover brisket is pretty good if it’s made the right way. The more you warm it in good gravy, the more tender and tasty it can become. Getting hungry…

I usually make BBQ beef brisket. If I have a lot of leftovers, I put them in the freezer. Wait a few weeks, and then when we want a quick meal, heat them up. Thank God for freezers!

Leftovers usually freeze pretty well.
