Well I got back to the land of the living about 6 last night. Flight was supposed to be at noon, didn’t leave until 10 to 3!!! Then we sat in the plane when we got back because they couldn’t get the walkway to work. I feel so sorry for the people that had connections to make. I’m sure they didn’t make most of them. Anyway, spent close to five hours sitting in the airport in Salt Lake, Not my idea of the way to spend the last day of your Christmas trip. I was so tired when I got home that I didn’t turn on my computer. So today I am catching up on all the TC posts.Dennis, thank you for the song. I also like “When it’s April in the Colorado Rockies” by Chevy Chase. I love the CCL website, I collect tea pots so may have to save up and buy the lucky cat skull one.Sharon. Not thrilled with the part of town I live in. A block from the Women’s Shelter, but at least now I won’t be homeless. I’m hoping to get the furniture moved the 4th and then spend the rest of the month taking over all the rest of the stuff. Funny how no matter how much you downsize, when you get ready to move, it sure seems like an awful lot of stuff.Hope everyone here had a wonderful Christmas. The trip wore me out more than I expected. Yesterday was really rough on me. Definitely looking for a Happy New Year in 2016.
Brevity is cat cute today if you want to check it out.Scary day yesterday, so many tornadoes around here : (The emergency alert went off on my phone, I glanced at it and thought it said tornado watch. Did a double take and saw it said warning. Then the city sirens started. Lots of destruction just east and west of us and several people died. We were very blessed.
Hope those of you coping with crazy weather made it through ok. In my part of the world it is torrents of rain. No white Christmas for me. Be safe everyone. I’ll be watching the weather and thinking of you!
@Rikki: Cat loaf is a possibility at my house…am considering putting our bread ‘box’ down on ground level to see if one of our kitties will find it as much fun as an empty box! Sort of like Moose and Scooter over at QOA.
Pam, glad you made it home. We’re having more thunderstorms, maybe worse tonight. The tornadoes missed us but got a neighboring county pretty badly. My grandcat Sam was here for Christmas Eve (when we celebrated Christmas)…he spent Wednesday night and we got up and had Santa on Thursday. My daughter had to work on Christmas. It was a lovely day!

We bought a new cat tree a lot like the one beviak posted. As Brad was putting it together, Moose and Scooter were in and out of the box.
The “rescue more humans” pic is adorable.
Love all of the other postings.
Moose gets his 3 month xray tomorrow to see if any more stones are forming, If not, then he doesn’t need another xray until next June.
