The rest of the US is lucky. They’ll be rid of Trump after the election, if not the primaries. New York City is still stuck with the blowhard, no matter what.

Maybe Cap’n Eddie could throw a shot of buh-bon into that fish tank to calm him down. It might kill the fish, but it’s a risk I’m willing to take.

Miller aparantly hasn’t heard of ‘The Manchurian Candidate’. The “Muslim” difference is in the trances and post hypnotic suggestions they bring with them. “Love your enemies”, “Love your neighbor as yourself", “Forgive those who persecute you”, although ingrained in American culture, are alien to those who want to "kill the infidel’, who believe anyone who says the Jesus of Mohammed’s teaching (not the same as the Jesus of the Bible) will burn in hell forever. Also, the Quran says you should live peaceably in other lands until you are the majority, then seize power and subjugate all others. The adults may not present any problem their entire life and become good citizens. The problem is when their children go through their identity formation phases and choose not to do or are prohibited from doing the work of growing up, leaving home, and doing the work of choosing a conscious identity. Go read ‘Cycles of Power’ by Pamela Levin and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eiWJTPNHwdc. A good mother protects her pups.

As a viewer who is starting to find the Trump-bashing a little contrived and disingenuous, comparatively speaking, I quite like the double irony: Eddie’s advice is also applicable to himself, and indeed (ouch!) to Mr. Miller himself!

I may need to dial up the voltage on my trans-cranial direct current stimulator soon.It is supposed to help with your ability to sort out quickly and find intelligence in things. The web sites recommend nine volts, but I don’t think that is going to be enough.

We’ve got such great choices this election. The venial, extorting crony socialist, or the mysogonistic nationalist. It would be amazing if one candidate actually showed some knowledge of the constitution and in what sense this country is exceptional (in the original sense).

Today’s Chicago Tribune censored this Non Sequitur and published an entirely different strip. This is at least the second time the Trib has done this to Non Sequitur. It has frequently censored Doonesbury and the late, lamented Bloom County-Opus, etc from the great Berkeley Breatherd.

We got an unknown(that we were warned about) and look what happenned. George Jr. did put us in an impossable situation, so whoever followed would be in deep kim chee, but these last couple of years have shown his true colors. We need an administration that will get us out of these conflicts, we need to expand Delta Force type groups and use them when we are attacked. If terrorists do something in our country and run to another, we should go in and extract them. If the country doesn’t like that, they can hand them over – that easy. We are big enough that we can set policy and punish terrorists and thier supporters without fighting a whole country.

Reading the vitriol in many of these comments is very disheartening. It’s sadly reflective of not just the divisions within our country, but our inability to respect one another and work out solutions to our common problems. And our media-anointed candidates have made it worse, by appealing to the worst on both sides. And the media laughs and says look how popular all this fuss is! Our ratings are great. Come on people – it’s not YOUR country….. it’s ours together.

And once again the lib cartoonist puts something in someone’s mouth that didn’t start there. Carter said we should limit Muslim immigation during the radical takeover of Iran. Proving an"artist" can bloviate as well as a politician or a billionaire.

The easiest way to tell if a cartoon hits the target is by how many people try to change the subject to direct others away from the point. Thanks to so many here today for vaiidatiing the accuracy of the cartoon today. I appreciate it…in a backward way.

Wiley has simply with a single statement, shown that in theory at least, the most damaging thing you can do to Trump, worse than ignore him, is to QUOTE HIM! This has become true for most of the radicals running for office, and not just at the Presidential level.

It’s the mental defect of believing what is put out on the Internet and “blogosphere” that allows so much to be believed in our current culture. Giant pufferfish are far more real than statements regarding Islam, or “liberal” thought, which just means btw actually THINKING about information and dissecting it for reality, coming from the radical right. (Which btw doesn’t often represent being true “Republicans” from the kidnapped party.)

That is heresy! We must follow the Third Edition of the King James Bible that I have here on my nightstand to the letter to be a good person! You will burn in heck for your words along with all the other non-believers! I cast you out as a pawn of Satan!
