Snoopy isn’t “really” playing hockey, so nobody was “really” playing the National Anthem. He’s just having his typical Snoopy fun, which is why we envy the heck out of him!
It is great strip art today. I printed a bunch of Snoopy Hockey theme strips to use for my grandson’s new hockey stick I gave him this past Christmas. You could tell it was a stick, of course, but with the strips glued all over the plain paper I used, it was a big hit.

I live near the Canadian border (NW-WA) and our local dirt track play both anthems. Also, everybody stands for both out of respect.

Our National Anthem is “God Save The Queen” I read somewhere that they are thinking about changing it. If they do… It should definitely be this song:
