Duane is telling the secretary a joke at the water cooler. The secretary appears apprehensive. (She may think that he is telling her an inappropriate joke.)
The secretary interrupts Duane just as he is about to deliver the punchline of the joke. The secretary supplies a “non-dirty” punchline instead. Duane laughs because her punchline is funny (Ha!).
The secretary makes it look like she has somewhere to go to get away from Duane. Duane never gets to finish what he has to say.
