Up here, closer to the Red River, we know better and have united a few years ago to stop a coal-fueled power plant. We may be regarded as hicks in the sticks, but we know when our livestock suffers, we are in danger.
There was once an actual proposal to use nuclear weapons to stop tornadoes and hurricanes. Wiser heads prevailed. (Those darned physicists and scientists won over the politician on that one.)
