What a great idea, Red!! Jump in Rover.

That has to be the dumbest thing to do on a hot summer day

Been there done that more than once.

And the worst is that you’re usually sweaty, and that makes your legs stick on the slide. Ouch!

…and have waxed paper handy when you need more ‘slide’…

I fell off my canvas mat on the wooden Super Slide at Steeplechase, Coney Island in the early 60s. My crying didn’t stop till the paramedic gave me gobs of free tickets

Ouch. I’ve done that before, Red. I feel your pain.

did this too! Only there was a sandpit instead of a pool to land in….I would have preferred the pool!
