Not on it’s third time around without being changed. Yes, it does happen. Damp and gray coming out of the roller box.
It rolls up into its own "used’ roll. Then changed. It also saved kabillions of trees and didn’t leave your hands feeling like sawdust.

I loved those roller towels. The last time I used one was at Scotland Yard in 1995. The sergeant on duty at the public desk was kind enough to risk his job for a desperate American woman.
I prefer the bacon dispensers.
And the electric blowers blow al-l-l-l-l-most long enough to dry your hands.
