Arlo and Janis by Jimmy Johnson for January 15, 2016
Transcript:
Janis: We want our house to be smaller but we agree we need a workable kitchen and a roomy living area! Janis: The bedroom should be cozy but roomy with a bath and small walk-in closet. Janis: I think there has to be a second bath! And a study for getting away from one another! Arlo: Why don't we just demolish a couple of rooms in this place?

A tiny house would be OK for “starter-outers”. In my case, we have accumulated too much “stuff”- most of which, is only valuable to us. Would need a barn in addition to the tiny little house
