It’s that the kind of “Garbage” that can keep one “awake” … rather than “lingering” (in this ‘mini void’ of pacing) . . . and finding yourself ‘easing’ delay, by speculating (over panel 1) … (Idiotically perhaps?;-) If Specs, is curiously peeping ‘deeper’ and into John’s Brains - to see what makes him ‘tick’ ?

First the garbage truck escape (escapade?) where they were lucky that they weren’t compacted, and now, this!.That address had better be in the middle of Lake Michigan, or someone from the Apparatus will be waiting for them in Cuba!.Where’s Flaky Biscuits when you need him?.(Yeah, I know Li’l Abner knocked him off in one of the very few “hits” he was successful at. But I still love the name – we all could use some Flaky Biscuits about now!)
Good morning, all! I hope everyone in the path of the winter storm stays safe and warm. So far, just a light dusting of snow here in Northeast Georgia.
It occurs to me “the nice couple upstairs” who might help them get to Cuba could be Lucy and Desi—he owns a nightclub and she wants to get into show biz!
I had trouble with my Interconnection but I finally fixed it and all is working well. I caught up with my strips. A few comments: I agree with many who posted that Spicy is courting trouble by indicating where they are going. The apparatus will want those glasses back and will go through whatever it takes to get them. It also puts John L in jeopardy if his name is on the booking. So, this is not smart at all. Another thing that doesn’t make sense is why Tracy went off to meet with those detectives when he has several major crimes at home that require his attention more.
A few more ideas: I mentioned in a previous story that I thought the lunar people may be at some remote location on Earth. My theory is that lunar and earth people are related in some way which is why they could interbreed. Also, it makes more sense that they would be at a cold location since their body temperatures are lower. Cuba would be too hot for them. I don’t think Specs or Spicy are lunar people.
.**So far, no power outage. Not even a flickering of the lights, thank heavens. All is ok but it is still snowing with gusting wind. So far, about two feet with 8" more to follow..
The moon people have super powers so there were super powered people in the strip. Some would consider the Moon Governor to be a villain in the beginning. Then there was Putty Puss who had somewhat of a super power to alter his face. Since Annie has entered the strip there are now more supernatural beings: Punjab, Great Am, for example. And, of course, Honeymoon and Mysta Chimera have powers. Most of these are not villains but they do have powers.
