Doggonnit! I accidentally smudged the ink on the dog’s bottom paws (as you can see). Now I just finished going back over every earlier strip to make sure I smudged the ink on all the previous ones to match. Plus I have to sign on quickly every night and smudge them up for the future. Cartooning sure is hard work!

Nope, the shadows and ashes have been there forever. I was speaking of the lightly blurred inks on the top of the dog’s back paws. Might not be noticeable on phones or some laptops, but plenty bad looking on the widescreen monitors.
