Looks like Annie lost her coffee buddy…good. I never really liked Annie, but I don’t like Elly either

And Elizabeth thought grown-ups don’t have problems like this. LOL!

Not everyone likes everyone – although they may try to be neutral – what about this makes Elly not like anyone. It would appear that it is Annie with the problem. Does she even know Connie. Learn to share.

I wonder if this is going to be one of those things where Ellie has two best friends but the two best friends hate each other. OR, they’re going to love each other so much that they’ll be hanging out together all the time, leaving Ellie out.

Annie should think positive: now she’ll have 2 people to park her kids on.

Connie will be gradually phased out. Connie and Elly never really clicked together. Connie only liked Elly because she can dump her kids on her when she wanted alone time and Elly knew that. Connie counted on her “friendship” to continue doing that.

Nothing like too much proximity to ruin a friendship.

Believe Annie is a bit jealous of Elly’s delight at having her friend move back. It’s hard for 3 people to like each other equally; someone is usually the 3rd wheel, and Annie thinks it will be her.

Okay, a few things I picked up from the FBOFW website bios:COULD BE SPOILERS1) Ellie & Connie met as college roommates. Connie was Ellie’s maid-of-honor, even though she wasn’t thrilled Ellie was dropping out of school to get a job to support John through dental school. Then they got to be first time mommies at the same time.2) Annie didn’t meet either Connie or Annie until they moved into the neighborhood. According to Connie’s bio, she moved there first, then tipped Ellie & John when another house in the neighborhood became available, shortly before Elizabeth was born.3) Annie & Connie are polar opposites in alot of ways. Annie was a small town girl who never expected anything other than to fall in love, marry and live happily ever after as a SAHM. (Her bio said her favorite movie as a child was “Sleeping Beauty”) Connie, although she has toned it down lately, was quite a feminist who believed women should have careers and not spend their lives waiting on a man.4) Annie especially disapproved of Connie for, and I quote from the website, “burdening an innocent child with the shame of illegitimacy”, because all children deserve a loving home with two parents. I can’t speak for Lawrence, but I suspect he prefers an out-of-wedlock birth to not being born at all.5) Connie is now happily married and Annie has found out that her Prince Charming isn’t as much of a prince as she thought. Although I think she’s still currently pretending she doesn’t know he’s a cheater.
