Within the last year, the public radio program “The Story” told about a man who attached balloons to an office chair and flew to 12000+ feet.

No Agnes, not we, only me. You didn’t show sufficient appreciation for your balloons the last time, so you’ve been cut off.

Agnes mistakenly thought that she and Cliff had passed the balloon stage, and were on to the clay animals stage of their relationship.

Cleo is totally innocent in this escapade, of course.:

    Yup… An interesting match for

the July 31st  2020 “CLEO and COMPANY”

Where Cleo has a little “oopsie” on Sherpa:

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

Was it really an accident… or an “accident”, as an excuse?

It that cute little smile sheepish, or is it devilish?

I guess we’ll know in the next frame.

OOPS… There is no next frame.

    Maybe in panel two?

    Nope… No panel two, either.

Nighthawks! We need a panel two.

Ok, maybe it’s for our own good that we don’t get to see the mayhem.

I HATE to see nice little doggies get hurt.

Wait… Thus is Cleo we’re talking about.

    And Claude.

Cleo isn’t little… And sometimes I’m not sure about “nice.”

And just how hurt can a sturdy basset hound get from a loud “Confound it, Cleo!” ??

I’m sure the pain is just unbearable.

I could do with a little refreshment like that – tropical nights. Not below 77 °F – and no AC.

Agnes should be glad that he kept his clothes on this time unlike Gary Sanders…

Good Morning Ballardeers and Ms Sunshine! Q-date 140.98180.54 Welp. Somebody raised the humid again.

Stel-lar animation has our heroine accidentally letting a water balloon slip to fall on her hapless victim. Why she was at the top of a stepladder conveniently placed behind the chair is for the reader to fathom.

Y’all take a few laps around the house for me. (((((HUGS!)))))

I guess I don’t understand animation. This one seemed to have a lot more going on than other C&Co’s that had to be posted off-site…

It’s a good thing that Clara didn’t here Claude say those cuss words. She would have dumped three balloons full of water on him. The water would have come from an un-flushed toilet bowl. Only 5 more months to go till they don’t fix after three years.
