Our kids have been to sports camps, but no more! One went to scout camp and another went to a work camp (sort of like Habitat for Humanity). They both worked AND played.
We were required to earn our $25/week to scout camp. I never figured out why, but sometime close to the deadline, my parents found all sorts of paid chores to pay for a second week.
