A bountiful Sunday to all.-—————I hope that everyone is doing well. I am concerned about those getting all the snow and flooding. -—————UPDATE: My left eye continues to get better although there is still some inflammation in it.-—————My girlfriend and I are spending a lot of time together. (We get along so well that it’s almost scary). If our love continues to grow we may get married later this year.-—————Prayers for all my friends. Have a peaceful day.

I am the man, the very fat manThat waters the workers’ beerI am the man, the very fat manThat waters the workers’ beerAnd what do I care if it makes them illIf it makes them terribly queerI’ve a car, a yacht, and an aeroplane,And I waters the workers’ beer.

Now when I waters the workers’ beerI puts in strychnineSome methylated spiritsAnd a can of keroseneAh, but such a brew so terribly strongIt would make them terribly queerSo I reaches my hand for the watering-canAnd I waters the workers’ beer:

    Chorus:

Now a drop of good beer is good for a manWhen he’s tired, thirsty and hotAnd I sometimes have a drop myselfFrom a very special potFor a strong and healthy working classIs the thing that I most fearSo I reaches my hand for the watering-canAnd I waters the workers’ beer:

    Chorus:

Now ladies fair, beyond compareBe you maiden or wifeSpare a thought for such a manWho leads such a lonely lifeFor the water rates are frightfully high,And the meths is terribly dearAnd there ain’t the profit there used to beIn watering the workers’ beer:

I think that I shall never hear,A poem as lovely as a beer. That yellow stuff with foam on top,That you can drink until you drop.Poems are made by fools I fear,But only Schlitz can make a beer.

    With apologies to Kilmer.

I hope Bob doesn’t sing “All You Need Is Love”

That’s one of my favourite songs by The Beatles and I don’t want it ruined.Wow, I’m nearly as bad as Andy!

I got the lyrics wrong above. Should be jolly good fellow. Getting old I guess, especially since I remember when that song was new.
