The real problem was when the curly cords retracted! Made ya look like a real idiot! Hurt pretty bad sometimes, too, if you didn’t have a clear path to the phone.
And folks today thought they were the wired generation.
You mean back in the day when folks only made or received important calls instead of wasting away their lives for zero purpose…
