I predict that Donald and Megyn will kiss and make up, and with Roger Ailes blessing, he’ll select her as his running mate, thus guaranteeing that both their names will be perpetually on Faux Noise.
To all who are participating in the three-ring circus known as the Election Year, just remember when the ballots are counted and the Oath of Office is administered, all the campaign promises will go out the window and it will be back to business as usual. This is courtesy of our virtual one-party system of government. The Demorepublicratican Party is funded by, and panders to, the wealthy and corporate interests. Read this article if you think I am making this stuff up. Elected officials do not represent 99% of the voters.Time is long overdue for viable second and third political parties in this country. Until then, you can continue to argue and debate over which candidate should win. Nothing will change.
I have to admit I can’t get excited over any of the announced Presidential candidates from either party. The Republicans give us their worst scraping the bottom of the barrel. The Democrats give us their mediocre. Maybe we do need a real revolution but I’m afraid it’d be a civil war.
I’m afraid for an entirely different reason. I made a vow that if the Republican would only give me a Trump/Palin ticket, thus ensuring a Democratic landslide, I would give up drinking and sex for the rest of my life.
Conservative pundit David Brooks:…..establishment Republicans who are softening on Trump because they think he is more electable than Cruz are smoking something. According to a Pew Research survey, a majority of Americans think Trump would make a poor or terrible president.
Chuck Todd ran through Trump’s favorable-unfavorable ratings on “Meet the Press” on Sunday: Among independents, Trump is negative 26 points; among women, negative 36; among suburban voters, negative 24. Is the Republican Party really going to nominate one of the most loathed men in American public life?
Trump is a clownish blowhard and having a bubble brained know-nothing like Palin as his running mate will result in a prorverbial slam dunk for the Democratic candidate, whomever he or she may be.

More likely, T/P will be seen as another McCain/Palin or Romney/Ryan; in other words, four more years for the Democrats.

Palin promised Bill she would keep herself available as his VP after she wrecked Trump’s run.

I think it is obvious….Trump is using Palin for the Iowa vote and will dump her like a bar fly on Sunday morning.

Us liberals are laughing our butts off at the idea of a Trump/Palin ticket. As President Obama said, “Please proceed.”
