Gotta wonder about those dead-zones! –As usual, Sir Dudley’s flags tell much of the story (though the one in panel 2 would seem to have been censored by 1/3).
If I remember my Norse mythology, Baldur was the victim of one of Loki’s nastier practical jokes. And Loki was not particularly apologetic for what he had done.
If I remember my Norse mythology, Loki never was particularly apologetic about anything. So in any situation he was in, it didn’t bode well that he was in it.
Sisyphos, I don’t think that Sir Dudley’s flag was censored. Many people forget about other, still offensive to certain members of my family, variations on the “What the…” starter. I’m presuming the word/name “Hel” is what’s in use here.
I remember one re-write of the Balder story that involved a dialogue between Huginn and Muninn (Thought and Memory), where Huginn is mad at Muninn for blurting out the story, which was Huginn’s job. He then shows how Memory got it wrong: Loki did weep. It was someone else who did not weep. Who? Turns out there was a spurned love-interest.
It ends with joy in Aesgard: Ragnarok is not inevitable!

Dudley’s showing 4 bars, so they are getting good reception, as long as Hermod doesn’t get his hand over the antenna.

This does not bode well.

You are exactly RIGHT, sydtaki. If I had a prize, you’d win it.

If I remembered my Norse mythology, I could win a prize too. If there was one.
