Our first election officially sponsored by Big Business. Now that congressional leaders are commodities I feel even less inclined to believe a word they say.
In 2008 unions outspent big business. And unions were 90-10 Democratic while big business was 60-40 Democratic. I think after the shenanigans Obama is pulling big Business will shift more Republican
can what, start yet another senseless war? Totally destroy the economy? Spend yet more on weapons that don’t work and corporate bonuses- short attention span theater?
^Fishy, it’s cute when you try to distort a comic that nails an issue. I have the same reaction to most of your posts as I do to my 6-yo kid when he proclaims something like “they shouldn’t have math in schools; it’s too hard for most kids.”
In 2009 every dollar unions spent on getting legislation to help American workers Big Business put ten thousand times as much in order to put the rebellion down. The biggest recipients were, of course, the republican party. Ever wonder why they keep filibustering every piece of legislation that puts their contributors accountable for the things they do to ruin the economy? Or why they keep adding useless legislation into a good bill?
Its not rocket science who the cons work for. And you want to vote them in November? Wow.
