There is no such word as forté, but forte does mean “loudly,” so speaking out loud might be done forte and still not be Gil’s forte. It cracks me up that Kia has named one of its models “Forte.” That translates to Kia Loudly. Kinda like the Chevy Nova, which is Spanish for “no go.”
