the MSM (CNN–NBC–MSNBC—ABC–CBS—PBS–) have always had a BIAS and a SLANT.
Fox News gives straight news, but being broadcast 24/7 also has opinion/comment programs or segments that are overtly identified. Those portions are not “the news”….
Fox News “balance” comes especially in the commenting portions….and I usually think they give preference to guest Liberals and Lefties….first say…more time..etc.
Fox has the most viewers because most Americans (proved by the previously inactive politically new Tea Party ralliers!) seek truth and if it could be objectively rated, Fox airs more truth than the MSM channels.
I love the way that the same people claim that the “mainstream media” is somehow this dominant liberal force (even though it is neither dominant nor liberal) but take pride in FoxNews’ dominant ratings. Hmmm…explains a lot…
