My two cats are just as bad. All I have to do is sit and put my feet up and they come running from wherever they were and jump up into my lap.
My cat has learned that if she is snoozing in my lap on the recliner, that when I turn off the TV the “Be-boop” noise means she needs to jump off my lap before I lower the footrest and dump her off!
