We did a car cruise to Britton Hill (all of 345 feet above sea level) which is the highest point in Florida. Britton Hill is in Walton County near the Alabama border. The best part of the trip was a mom & pop country restaurant in Florala just across the state line in Alabama. I don’t remember the name of the restaurant, it was about 15 years ago, but I do remember the food was wonderful. There was a lake nearby also.
