I will always take a milkshake rather than alcohol. In 1970-71, when I was pregnant with my daughter, I craved vanilla shakes, and had one from Wood’s Dairy almost every day, yet gained only 12 pounds during the entire pregnancy. Nowadays, I would be thrilled to weigh within 50 pounds of that.
