Gravy is brown and used on meat such as turkey, chicken roasts. Macaroni is the plural. One doesn’t write gooses or childrens. The red sauce in Italy is called “sugo”.Daniel, an Italian who has succeeded in having several restaurants correct Panini (no “S”) on menus.
