201 does countI remember a Reader’s Digest joke/filler about a vet who put in “type of duties”, assassin, bank robber, train wrecker, etc. and the punch line was “Let’s hire this guy; he’s our type.” Knowing his OSS behind-the-lines in China, and his sense of humor, I actually asked a friend if he had written this. He hadn’t, but somewhat regretted not having done so. (He also had a rather sulfurous opinion of John Birch.)

I used to do interviews for Walmart. I always found it amusing when someone put on their application that they wanted to work as a stalker.
