I was puzzled by the first line in Panel 3 and I just found this:

How come Tracy isn’t sarcastically yapping away like the last time he had a gun pointed at him?

Cuba is still in the headlines. Fidel and Raul Castro’s older brother, Ramon, died yesterday. Apparently, he was happy to just be a farmer and didn’t get involved in government.
